If you answered "yes" to each of the first three questions, you should seriously consider the diagnosis "fibromyalgia" and have it clarified by a doctor. Answering the question about tender points may be complementary, but is a less "hard" criterion.

However, if you answered "no" to the first three questions one or more times, then there is doubt or the diagnosis is unlikely. Again: Tender Points are to be understood as supplementary.

Of course, such a quick test is certainly no substitute for a "real" diagnosis. You can only be sure if you have yourself examined by an experienced doctor.
