Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR.
The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been submitted shall inform the complainant of the status and outcome of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy pursuant to Article 78 GDPR.
VIII Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google uses cookies. The information generated by means of cookies about the use of the website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer and to provide us with further services related to the use of this online offer and internet usage.
We have extended Google Analytics with the code "anonymizeIP". This means that the IP address of users is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. In exceptional cases, the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Through the code extension "anonymizeIp", the last 8bit of the user's IP address is capped. By using this code, only a rough localization of the user is possible. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other data from Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser software. It may then not be possible to use all functions of the website to their full extent.
In addition, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the online offer to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
It is also possible to set an opt-out cookie that prevents the future collection of your data when visiting our website. Instructions on how to integrate an opt-out cookie can be found at: developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/.
For more information on data usage by Google, settings and opt-out options, please visit Google's websites: www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners/("Data usage by Google when you use our partners' websites or apps"), www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads("Advertising").
IX Privacy policy for the use of Google AdSense
Our website uses Google AdSense, a service for embedding advertisements of Google Inc. ("Google"). For this service for integrating advertisements, Google AdSense uses so-called "cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of the use of the website. In addition, Google AdSense also uses web beacons (invisible graphics). Based on the web beacons, information such as visitor traffic on websites can be evaluated. Cookies and web beacons are used to generate information about the use of our website, including your IP address. The delivery of advertising formats is then transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there, as with Google Analytics. The stored information may then be passed on by Google to their contractual partners. Nevertheless, the information collected by Google about your IP address will not be merged with other data stored by you If this collection of information based on your visit (by your IP address) to our site is not in your interest, you can prevent the storage or installation of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser software. At the same time, we would like to inform you that in this case you will not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
